What this site currently collects

The site does not currently provide accounts, payments, advertising, behavioral analytics, or marketing automation. It does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies.

The public pages may be viewed without providing a name, email address, employer, or other identifying information directly to Graph42.

Inquiry forms and booking

Formspree processes inquiry submissions for Graph42. The form collects your name, email address, optional organization, and the question you enter, limited to 1,000 characters. It also sends a subject derived from your name and a hidden anti-spam field. Formspree receives standard network request information needed to process the submission.

Submissions are directed to desk@graph42.ai so we can respond to your inquiry and assess a possible engagement. No files, source excerpts, maps, exports, or activity from First Graph are attached. Please do not enter credentials or confidential documents. Submission does not enroll you in a newsletter or authorize unrelated marketing.

Booking uses an external Calendly event link, not an embedded calendar. Choosing that link opens Calendly, where you provide the booking information. Calendly handles that information under its own privacy practices. No inquiry content or First Graph data is prefilled into the booking link.

First Graph: local processing, no lead gate

First Graph reads supported local documents, notes, tables, and PDFs to explore shared terms and source-stated relationships in your browser. Imported content is not uploaded to Graph42. No accounts, signup forms, payments, or tool analytics are enabled in this release.

Imported data is held in the current page session, not saved in localStorage or sessionStorage. The service worker caches application assets for offline use; it does not store your imported export. Normal requests for the page and assets still reach the hosting provider.

The evidence-map JSON export is created locally and is not anonymized. It includes file names, source excerpts, terms, and source-stated links. Review the entire output before sharing. The advanced work-item view has separate export controls; even anonymized outputs can reveal sensitive relationships.

Choosing to contact Graph42 opens a separate email or website destination. It does not attach or transmit your imported data. Using the tool is not consent to marketing or a sales call.

Hosting and font requests

The site is hosted through GitHub Pages. Like most hosting services, GitHub may process standard network and request information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, browser or device details, requested resources, timestamps, and diagnostic records. That processing is governed by GitHub's own terms and privacy practices.

The site currently requests web fonts from Google Fonts. When a browser requests those font files, Google may receive standard request information such as the requesting IP address, browser details, and the font resource requested. Graph42 does not receive a user profile from that request.

Email, calls, and text messages

The Call and Text links open a supported phone or messaging application on your device. They do not place a call or send a message automatically. Your provider may process communication details and apply its usual charges. Contact details and information you choose to share may be used to respond to your inquiry. These links do not enroll you in automated marketing or record calls on this site.

The site's email links open the visitor's email application. When someone sends an email, the sender chooses the information included. The message and related metadata are handled by the sender's and recipient's email providers.

Information received by email may be used to respond, assess a potential engagement, maintain the resulting business correspondence, protect the practice, and meet applicable legal or record-keeping obligations.

Retention, sharing, and individual requests

Business correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, a resulting engagement, legitimate business records, dispute protection, security, or legal obligations. Information is not sold to advertisers.

Information may be disclosed to service providers that support inquiry processing, booking, email, hosting, professional operations, security, or legal compliance, and when disclosure is reasonably required by law or to protect rights and systems.

A person may contact the practice to ask about personal information supplied through an inquiry form or directly by email or to request correction or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, contractual, security, or record-integrity reasons.

Changes to this notice

This notice will be revised before the site introduces material new collection, analytics, forms, accounts, advertising, or other tracking. The effective date at the top will change when the notice is materially updated.
